this does look like the wild venice of india does it not ? still its romantic to cruise thorough the stream on a boat and see the everyday lives of the people.
got stuck in the monsoon rain and came here , the other guys brought a couple of those sweet buns and offered me to eat but i dare not as i have overeaten for the last few days and am apprehensive about eating too much

Hi Jeremy, Good to be re-connected with your latest news. Your pictures are very telling...and we are pleased to note that you are still in top form after nearly three weeks on the road. I am absolutely sure taht you need more than a month to do the places you had originally mapped out. Travelling in India is an absolute experience as you can tell by now. Continue to have fun and soak in the culture and heritage. There other church you must see is in GOA, where the body of St Francis Xavier was entombed in a heavily ornamented coffin.
